Christmas often brings out the best in people, and there is a friendly competition between airports, to provide festive themed events. Denver International Airport has raised the bar on Yule time standards by setting up a pop-up ice rink !. There will be changing and storage facilities, and it's free. The rink will be open from 9 am to 9 pm through January 1, 2017. Skates will be provided, again for free. Added treats include music, carol singers and a winter market.
