Korean Air has launched its Airbus A380 service between Seoul Incheon and Tokyo Narita and Hong Kong.
The 10 aircraft, all of which will have entered service by 2014, will eventually service short-haul routes in Asia, such as Bangkok in July, followed by long-haul routes to major destinations in Europe and North America, such as New York in August, Paris in September and Los Angeles in October.
The Airbuses are configured in a three-class layout with 407 seats (12 first class Kosmo Suites and 301 Economy Class seats on the main lower deck, and 94 lie-flat Prestige Sleeper seats in business class on the upper deck).
