Hotel Costa Verde
Located deep in the jungle of Costa Rica, a 727 is sitting perched atop a 50 foot beam. Once inside, you realize that the plane has been gutted and has been completely refurbished. It now sleeps 4 comfortably with 2 queen size beds and a sitting room. It has a kitchenette and the cockpit is open and available to lounge in. The interior is completely decked out with teak paneling imported from Indonesia but the outside has a beautiful terrace overlooking the jungle. Be sure to look out for toucans, sloths and plenty of monkeys!
Hotel Costa Verde in addition to the Fuseloge accomodations has efficiencies, studios and suites available. The prices are competitive but be sure to look at the "green season" which is Costa Rica's rainy season. Although you may get a little wet, hotel prices countrywide are cut in half.
